Reports

Report Guidelines

Good reports make DejaVu stronger. Weak reports waste review time and can create false suspicion, so every report should be clear, specific and honest.

What a useful duplicate report includes

Submit the Roblox username or numeric ID, the suspicious item, the reason for suspicion and any supporting screenshot or context. If you know the trade server, time or middleman involved, include that as context without posting private personal information.

Wrong-result reports

If DejaVu returns a wrong result, use the wrong-result report option. Explain what was incorrect and what you expected to see. Wrong-result reports are important because they help fix matching issues and improve result quality.

What not to submit

Do not report someone only because you dislike them, lost a trade, saw an unverified rumor or want to damage their reputation. Reports should be based on evidence, not anger.

Review process

Staff or trusted reviewers may accept, reject or hold a report depending on evidence quality. Accepted reports can improve DejaVu intelligence. Rejected reports are not proof that the user is safe; they only mean the submitted evidence was not strong enough.

Privacy and safety

Do not submit passwords, real names, addresses, private messages unrelated to the trade or sensitive personal information. DejaVu is for trading-risk evidence, not harassment.
